All you require is a WiFi or data connection and the person receiving the call at far-end destination to have a GSM signal.
Your PIN will be sent by email address. Once received, please follow the two step process;
1) Please email hya@hyaapp.com with your Name and phone number so that we can activate your voucher. We will send an email to confirm when the voucher(s) are activated.
2) Once activated, please go to ‘Payment’ and then ‘Voucher’ and enter the PIN number. Your credit will then automatically be loaded.
Please note: Due to hya! sending a live PIN within your email order confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund.
